In this role, you will be a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a solid understanding of financial transactions, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position will also include some social marketing posts and videos. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer satisfaction Answer customer phone calls. Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high service standards Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed Post items for sale and product videos on Facebook and Instagram.
