Qualifications ✅ Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry preferred ✅ Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals ✅ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation ✅ Strong social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Marketplace, etc.) and ability to engage customers online ✅ Professional appearance and positive attitude ✅ High school diploma or equivalent ✅ Valid driver's license ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✅ Must be authorized to work in the United States ✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Responsibilities ✅ Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget ✅ Present vehicle features, options, financing solutions, warranties, and dealership services with confidence and professionalism ✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business ✅ Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives ✅ Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in an ethical and customer-focused manner ✅ Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently ✅ Deliver vehicles to customers while explaining vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and maintenance requirements ✅ Stay current on inventory, promotions, financing programs, service plans, and automotive industry trends ✅ Utilize social media platforms to promote inventory, generate leads, and build your personal sales brand What We Offer Excellent Income Potential High-Quality Inventory Ready to Sell Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Career Growth Full-Time Position
