What You Will Do & Master Deal Ownership:
Handle consultations, structure bank approvals, and manage funding compliance seamlessly from start to finish.
Backend Profitability:
Sell critical vehicle service contracts and asset protection (GAP) products to maximize your commission pipeline.
Pipeline Discipline:

Week Paid Training:

Uncapped High Earnings:
Expected Year 1 earnings of $90,000 - $125,000+ driven by a flat front-end commission paired with a massive 30% ownership of all F&I backend gross .

Stellar Retail Schedule:
