Job Description
Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Assist customers with selecting beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and related products. Operate cash registers and process cash, credit card, and other payments. Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol sales laws. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate inventory as needed. Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries. Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and promotions. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Help prevent theft and report suspicious activity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, customer service, or cashier experience preferred. Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds at a time. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol sales according to state law.
