Overview Atlanta Golf & Social is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional to serve as the primary golf instructor at our Chamblee location . This professional will be responsible for leading golf instruction and player development at Chamblee, building and maintaining their own lesson book, and serving as the main point of contact for customers looking for golf instruction at this facility. The Assistant Professional will work under the direction of the Head Golf Professional to maintain consistency across Atlanta Golf & Social's instructional programs while having the opportunity to develop their own teaching clientele and presence at the Chamblee location. This is primarily a teaching and player-development position , with optional store shifts available for additional income. Experience Required Strong golf knowledge and playing background. Previous golf instruction experience preferred. PGA Associate, PGA Professional, or interest in pursuing PGA membership preferred. Comfortable working with TrackMan or similar golf technology. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently. Interested in developing a long-term lesson clientele and taking ownership of instruction at the Chamblee location. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the main instructor at the Chamblee facility . Provide individual and small-group golf instruction. Build and maintain a consistent lesson schedule and clientele at Chamblee. Serve as the primary contact for lesson inquiries and instructional opportunities at the facility. Work with golfers of different ages and skill levels, from beginners through experienced players. Use TrackMan and other available technology to support instruction and player development. Help promote lessons, clinics, leagues, and other golf programming. Lead or assist with junior, beginner, and group instruction when opportunities are available. Maintain a professional teaching environment and provide a high level of customer service. Work with the Head Golf Professional to maintain consistent teaching standards and continue developing as an instructor.
