Loss Prevention:
Monitor merchandise to prevent theft or damage. Follow store protocols for addressing suspicious activity or potential loss prevention issues.
Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain high standards of service.

Standing and Walking:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking are typical during a shift, often on hard surfaces.
Reaching and Grasping:
Regular reaching above shoulder height or below waist level is required to access products and handle stock. Employees must have the manual dexterity to operate register systems and handle merchandise safely.
Mobility:
Ability to move safely and efficiently through the store, backroom, and storage areas, sometimes in tight or crowded spaces.
Other Physical Demands:
May need to push or pull carts, climb step stools or ladders, and handle repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
