What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Customer First:

Greet families with a warm, helpful attitude and guide them through our unique inventory.

Expert Outfitting:

Help folks find the perfect pair of bib overalls, ensuring an excellent fit for every body size.

Product Knowledge:

Promote and share information on our specialized items, including vintage firearms, collectible knives, safes, and custom metal building options.

Drive Sales:

Follow up on customer leads, handle incoming questions about our stock, and help reach our shop's growth goals. Maintain the

Store:

Keep product displays organized, restock unique seasonal gifts, inventory, light cleaning, and ensure the shop looks its absolute best. What We're Looking For (Requirements): Must be able to pass a background check!

Driven & Experienced:

Proven experience in retail sales or relationship management is highly preferred. Social media marketing and excelent computer skills are a must. Candidates with bookkeeping skills, excel knowledge, and social media marketing experience are preferred,
