•Fog City Vape & Smoke is looking for a reliable, laid-back Sales Associate to help run our second location. This is a low-traffic store , so the role is ideal for someone looking for easy, low-stress work with plenty of downtime while still providing great customer service when customers come in. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, processing sales through our POS system, handling cash transactions accurately, explaining product differences (vapes, glass, hemp, and accessories), and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You'll also ensure compliance with age verification and store policies. Previous retail or smoke shop experience is a plus, especially if you're familiar with POS operations and cash management. We're looking for someone dependable, personable, and eager to grow with our team.

We want to be transparent:

this position starts below typical market pay due to the store's current sales volume. However, as the business grows, hourly pay increases , commissions , and bonuses are built into the role. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the store rather than just clock in and out.
