Seasonal Retail Lead Julep Farms | Dillard, Georgia $25/hour | Friday-Sunday + Select Thursdays | 11:30 AM-4:00 PM Julep Farms is looking for a fashion-loving, outgoing, sales-minded Seasonal Retail Lead to join us during our busy Fall Leaf Peak Season . You MUST love clothes, fashion, and helping people shop. We want someone who enjoys putting looks together, has a great eye for style and merchandising, and genuinely gets excited about helping a guest find something they love. Weekend Availability Is a Must This position requires consistent availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:30 AM-4:00 PM , with some Thursdays during our busiest fall weeks . If you cannot consistently work Friday through Sunday during the fall season, please do not apply. What You'll Do Take the lead in our retail shop during peak fall hours Help guests shop clothing, accessories, gifts, and merchandise Offer styling suggestions and help customers put looks together Engage with guests and actively drive retail sales Keep clothing folded, hung, sized, steamed, and beautifully presented Maintain attractive, well-merchandised displays Restock merchandise and communicate inventory needs Assist with checkout and POS Keep the shop exceptionally clean, organized, and guest-ready Bring energy, personality, and enthusiasm to the Julep Farms retail experience Who We're Looking For Someone who loves clothes. Loves people. And loves to sell. You should be friendly and confident enough to approach customers, start conversations, suggest pieces, and help turn browsing into sales. Previous experience in boutique clothing retail, fashion, styling, merchandising, or upscale customer service is strongly preferred. Most importantly, we need someone who is dependable and ready to work during our busiest fall weekends.
