POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Cashiers Deliver outstanding customer service Sell tickets, memberships, attractions, food, and merchandise Assist guests with admissions and party check-ins Handle transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment Court Monitors Supervise attractions and trampoline areas Enforce safety procedures in a fun and professional manner Help maintain attraction cleanliness and organization Party Hosts Create unforgettable birthday party experiences Assist guests throughout private events and celebrations Set up and clean party rooms Opportunity to earn tips after hosted parties Ride Operators Operate rides and attractions safely and efficiently Follow all safety and operational procedures Assist guests with instructions and ride requirements Party Planners Assist families with booking parties and events Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person Coordinate party logistics and check-ins

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Provide excellent guest service Explain park rules and safety procedures Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Assist guests with attractions and questions Help create a fun, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere

REQUIREMENTS

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a high-energy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay active and on your feet during shifts Must have reliable transportation Weekend, evening, holiday, and school break availability is highly preferred.
