Job Description
Looking to start a career? If you enjoy working with people and enjoy home design, this could be a great fit for you! We are a local flooring store based in Evans, GA looking to hire for our growing business. Candidates do not need to have flooring or home design experience in order to qualify although experience would be considered a plus! Kirkland's Flooring employees receive a great benefits package and are well-rewarded for their best efforts. This position earns commission on top of hourly pay! There are always opportunities to advance with the company and earn more!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in customers on the showroom floor, by phone, or online
- Manage high volume incoming phone calls
- Scheduling measure appointments and creating estimates
- Learn and maintain product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom
Job Qualifications:
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, possess a high level of organization, and have great attention to detail
- Creative spirit with an eye for design
- Basic computer and iPad skills
- Experience in flooring and/or tile sales preferred but not required
Job Compensation:

- Pay rate: $20/hour plus monthly commission This is a full-time position.
