GED Full Job Description Position Summary:
Individual supports retail center activity through assisting customer walk-ins, customer will call orders processing and returns processing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
List the essential job duties that are specific to the position. Greet customers entering will call area. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators and cash registers. Process merchandise returns and exchanges. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties. Receive, verify, and store incoming material orders; pick required quantity of material for customer processing or staging. Cycle-count all parts bins as needed. Stage material in proper location for pick-up/shipment and/or loads on trailer. Communicate effectively with others within and outside the work group. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN is a giant plus High attention to detail Excellent customer service skills.
Education and Experience Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Years of Experience Required:
1 to 2 years Experience required in : Customer facing role or warehouse order selecting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Physical Requirement's:
The ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly. 3 to 6 hours per day The ability to lift to 80 pounds regularly, 3 to 6 hours per day. The ability to squat, bend or stoop on a regular basis. 3 to 6 hours per day Move about the warehouse order to retrieve parts 1 to 4 hours per day This is a drug free workplace.
