Convenience Store Team Member

Starting Pay:

Strong communication skills and a willingness to help customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers with questions and provide helpful information. Operate POS systems and accurately process sales transactions. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and maintaining an accurate drawer. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and appealing store appearance. Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked. Recommend products and assist customers with purchases when appropriate. Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers. Follow store procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Requirements Previous retail, cashier, grocery, or convenience store experience is preferred but not required. Ability to perform basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Comfortable performing stocking duties. Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Prior leadership or training experience is helpful but not required. Position Details Part-time and full-time positions available. Store location, schedule, and hours will be discussed during the interview. Flexible availability is preferred.
