FLY is a high-energy, welcoming dance fitness studio where clients come to get a great workout, have fun, and feel like part of a community. We are looking for an upbeat, dependable, and confident Front Desk Team Member to run our lobby. This is a high-energy, active role—you are the face of the studio, the ultimate host, and the key to our client experience.

What You'll Do Client Experience:

Greet clients by name, welcome first-timers, and celebrate milestones.

Studio Operations:

Manage class check-ins using Mindbody and handle light studio upkeep.

Drive Sales:

Answer pricing questions and confidently convert trial clients into members.

Communication:

Manage basic phone, text, and email inquiries with a friendly tone. You'll Be Great at This If You... Are naturally warm, friendly, and love connecting with people. Stay calm, organized, and efficient when the lobby gets busy between classes. Are comfortable talking about pricing and making membership recommendations. Are highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with tech/apps. Have experience in boutique fitness, retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred, but personality and coachability matter most!). Hold CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Schedule & Compensation Status:

Part-time, in-person (Roswell, GA).

Shifts:

Built around class schedules (weekday mornings/evenings and weekends). Consistent weekly availability is required.

Pay:

$15/hour + sales commission on qualifying client conversions. What We Offer Free unlimited studio membership: Team members who commit to and consistently work at least two recurring Front Desk shifts per week receive a free Unlimited FLY membership!
