Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Welcome customers warmly, identify their wireless needs, and provide expert recommendations.

Sales & Consulting:

Sell Metro by T-Mobile devices, service plans, accessories, and features.

Store Operations:

Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized store showroom.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot basic phone issues and assist customers with billing queries or account setups.

Meet Goals:

Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.

Qualifications & Requirements Language:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required) . You must be comfortable conducting full sales consultations and explaining phone plans in both languages.

Schedule:

Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a great attitude!

Skills:

Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a high-energy personality.

Age:

Must be 18 years of age or older. What We Offer Competitive base hourly pay plus an aggressive commission structure (the more you sell, the more you make!). Comprehensive hands-on training on the latest wireless technology and sales techniques. Friendly and supportive team environment.
