Commission Sales Associate

We are seeking interior design-minded sales consultants to join our Tallahassee/Thomasville area showroom and grow in a rewarding career. With 10 showrooms across South Georgia and North Florida, we're a growing company committed to creativity, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to design inspiring spaces that reflect their lifestyle and vision Build lasting guest relationships through personalized service and outreach Use in-home visits and design tools to bring concepts to life Have access to the best brands in the industry, including Bernhardt, Wesley Hall, Bassett, LaZBoy, Four Hands, Taylor King, Rowe, and many more Manage multiple projects while meeting sales goals Be supported by a dedicated management team, accounting, and delivery professionals.

This Role:

• People-driven professionals energized by guest engagement and building relationships
• 3+ years of retail sales or interior design experience with consultative sales expertise
• Confident, enthusiastic, and capable of leading the sales process
• Motivated by results and excited by a performance-based path
• Strong communicator with the ability to inspire guests
• Organized, professional, and committed to growing a long-term design career
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and weekend availability

$36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
