If you enjoy talking with people, learning new products, and working with an awesome team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude. Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment guests walk in. Help customers find the right vape, hemp, mushroom, botanical wellness, and accessory products. Sell a variety of alternative specialty beverages. Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. Restock merchandise and assist with inventory. Learn our products through paid training and confidently educate customers. Follow all company policies, age-verification requirements, and industry regulations. Work with your team to create an outstanding customer experience every shift. What We're Looking For Previous cash handling experience is required. Retail, restaurant, coffee shop, barista, hospitality, smoke shop, vape shop, or customer service experience is a plus. Reliable with excellent attendance—you show up when you're scheduled. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with customers. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Able to safely lift up to 60 pounds. Comfortable using a ladder to stock and organize merchandise. Must be at least 21 years old.
