Step 9 Strategies is hiring motivated people who enjoy helping customers and working toward clear goals. As a Sales Associate, you will represent a leading wireless and fiber optic provider in Thomasville, GA and neighboring areas while developing valuable communication, customer service, and leadership skills. This is an entry level opportunity. Previous sales experience is not required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed. What You Will Do As a Sales Associate, you will: Speak with customers face-to-face and learn about their wireless and internet needs. Recommend products, promotions, and service plans that offer the right fit. Explain available options in a simple and professional way. Help customers complete the enrollment process. Deliver friendly service and build strong customer relationships. Stay informed about products and promotions with team support. Work with the sales team to reach daily goals. What We Are Looking For A successful Sales Associate is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with people. Motivated to learn and improve their sales skills. Dependable, positive, and focused on results. Able to work well in a busy team environment. Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing support. A high school graduate or GED holder. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
