Job Description
At Happy Haleiwa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers. As a sales associate, you will have the opportunity to put your friendly and outgoing personality to work, engage with customers, and share the Aloha spirit that makes our store unique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing product recommendations and answering any questions that they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Japanese speaking a plus but not required
