Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate & Manager at our vibrant Body Arts Kiosk! Friendly, energetic salesperson needed to sell various body jewelry, bracelets, earrings, pendants and necklaces. Ideal candidate must be customer-service oriented, and able to communicate effectively with people. Must have a flexible schedule, and be able to work weekends and holidays. Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate & Manager at our vibrant Body Arts Kiosk! Drive sales by actively promoting new designs, promotions, and custom options to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue Manage daily kiosk operations, including inventory control, product displays, and cleanliness to ensure an inviting shopping environment Provide expert guidance on body art procedures, aftercare, and safety protocols to ensure positive customer experiences Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly and professionally Assist in training new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and kiosk procedures Maintain accurate sales records and report daily performance metrics to support continuous improvement Experience Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably within a creative or artistic environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers Demonstrated ability to upsell products and close sales effectively Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Enthusiasm for body art or related creative fields is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Join us and be part of a lively team that values innovation, enthusiasm, and professional growth!
