Hours Full-time, Variable days, Sun-Sat 8:15am-5:30pm Location Hilo, Big Island Pay $17.50 an hour Responsibilities Provide great customer service to guests. Maintain knowledge of all company products. Facilitate customer checkout. Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage. Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays. Assist customers with telephone orders. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service skills preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control. Current TB clearance.
