We are looking to hire Seasonal Sales Associates provide excellent customer service and complete other duties as assigned. (in Ala Moana)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service as a friendly and professional Brand Ambassador. Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, gift wrapping, and product recommendations. Open and close the store following established procedures. Replenish merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain attractive store displays. Organize store inventory, conduct physical inventory counts, and enter data into POS systems. Transfer products between warehouse and store, and keep storage areas organized. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times. Assist with promotions, marketing activities, and achieving sales targets. Perform additional store-related duties as needed in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Vibrant, personable, and professional disposition when interacting with shoppers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a team environment. Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs. Prior retail experience preferred; retail management experience helpful but not required. English proficiency required; Japanese language skills a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
