FINE JEWELRY SALES - POIPU

Our Poipu salespeople earn an average of $24-$28/hour (inclusive of hourly wage, commission, and bonuses). If you have an entrepreneurial spirit along with a strong work ethic and enjoy interacting with people, consider a career with Na Hoku as a Retail Salesperson. Previous retail or jewelry retail experience is not required as we provide paid on the job training and will teach you what you need to know to achieve and exceed your sales goals. Our salespeople earn commission on every dollar they sell. Commission is paid out bi-weekly. In addition to personal commissions, we also recognize and reward sales performance monthly with bonuses and incentives. Desired Skills and Experience:

Previous luxury retail sales experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethics with high integrity High enthusiasm combined with a positive attitude, dedication and drive Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers Basic computer literacy

Compensation:

Base Hourly Wage - 18.00 /hr
