Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)
  • Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join this fantastic team!
Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this role is $19.44 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-months of customer service experience, an excellent attitude, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for others. Want to learn more? As a Retail Associate, you would be responsible for assisting guests and selling merchandise in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival in the shop Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise, styling and pricing Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards Wrap merchandise and pack orders for shipping Assist in conducting inventory and ensure adequate merchandise supply levels Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner What are we looking for?
