Job Title:
Experienced Sales Associate (Fast-Track to Sales Manager) Commission Based Sales Role!

Opportunity:
Stu's Home Improvement Outlet is one of the fastest-growing retail outlets in the region. We specialize in appliances, furniture, flooring, and home improvement products at deeply discounted prices. We are building a high-performance sales team and will be promoting from within to Sales Management as we continue to scale. This is not a typical retail job . This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor, prove yourself, and move quickly into leadership.
Position Overview:
We are hiring Sales Associates who are driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based income .
You will be responsible for:
Selling high-ticket items (appliances, furniture, flooring, etc.) Handling in-store customers and closing deals Responding to Facebook Marketplace and inbound leads quickly Posting inventory daily on Marketplace and social platforms Creating urgency and driving traffic into the store Capturing customer information for follow-up Maintaining a clean, organized, high-energy showroom
Compensation:
This is a performance-driven compensation structure . Base + Commission High performers have strong earning potential Opportunity for rapid income growth based on results If you are looking for a guaranteed, fixed-income retail position, this is not the role .
Growth Path:
We are actively identifying future leaders. Promotions to Sales Manager will come from within Advancement is based on performance, leadership, and results Opportunity to grow into multi-store leadership roles as we expand
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience preferred (retail, automotive, furniture, appliances, etc.) Strong closing ability and confidence with customers High energy, urgency, and competitiveness Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-motivated and able to work with little direction Willingness to post daily on social media and engage with customers online Strong work ethic — this is not a slow-paced environment What Will NOT Work in
This Role:
Individuals who need constant direction Low-energy or passive personalities Those uncomfortable with commission-based income Candidates looking for a "clock-in / clock-out" job
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends Retail hours, including evenings Full-time commitment expected
