Job Description
Position Summary We're looking for a Bilingual energetic and personable individuals to join our team as an In-store sales associate. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll represent featured brands inside retail locations by connecting with shoppers, sharing product information, and helping create a positive customer experience. If you enjoy interacting with people, working in a collaborative environment, and developing professional communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner. Introduce shoppers to featured products and current promotional campaigns. Explain product features and benefits in a clear and informative way. Help create an inviting and organized promotional space. Answer customer questions using company-provided training. Support daily promotional activities while maintaining company standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives. Participate in ongoing coaching and training sessions. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Bilingual Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a retail environment and interacting with a variety of customers. Positive attitude with a dependable work ethic. Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is welcomed but not required.
