Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that best suit their needs. Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers, making change, and managing financial software for sales recording. Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management with precision. Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options, processing loan applications, and assisting with loan collections when necessary. Maintain organized records of sales, cash handling, and data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with store policies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation. Requirements Previous retail sales experience is preferred; but not required Strong basic math skills, including retail math and cash handling expertise. Knowledge of retail store operations such as cashiering, cash management, and retail math principles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
