The Sales Dealer Desk Clerk processes dealer orders for invoicing, processes export trailer paperwork, and completes paperwork for consigned trailers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Processes dealer completions, prints MSO, invoices Indexes invoices and other paperwork within document management software. Processes export trailer paperwork and coordinates with border broker for correct date, time etc. Processes consigned trailers, Sends letter when delivered. Acts as backup for retail desk Other duties as assigned. Physical and mental requirements needed to perform the essential functions Functional vision, normal or corrected Functional hearing and speech Ability to report to work punctually at the beginning of the workday. Ability to read and understand production and print orders. Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. Ability to use keyboard and use of mouse or alternative input device(s). Ability to understand and follow safety rules and regulations. Ability to meet physical demands.
