You are responsible for:

Creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone walks in Educating guests on our long-fermented sourdough process and clean ingredients Guiding customers toward products they will love Increasing sales through genuine recommendations and upselling Maintaining an organized, beautiful, and spotless cafe space Working efficiently while keeping energy high and positive We do not believe in passive service.
