What You'll Do:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our company, helping customers with product choices, answering questions, and creating a clean, welcoming environment. You'll also collaborate with team members to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will:

Provide outstanding customer service with a smile Assist customers in choosing the best car wash packages and products Upsell memberships and additional services to enhance the customer experience Build relationships by listening to customers and recommending the right services Maintain a clean, organized sales area and assist with light cleaning duties Safely and politely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed sales goals Stay informed about products, pricing, and current promotions

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills A friendly, proactive, and team-first attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow professionally Must be 18+ to operate certain machinery Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks as needed

Education & Experience:
