This role is responsible for driving new membership sales by connecting with prospective members, booking Intro Classes, and providing an exceptional first impression of our studio. We're looking for someone who is committed, flexible, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong phone skills and a passion for building relationships are essential for success in this role. Requirements Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport and confidently ask for the sale Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Comfortable selling memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training programs Ability to learn and navigate the ClubReady software system Proficient computer skills Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Reliable transportation; occasional travel between studios or community events may be required Must be dependable, flexible, and committed to scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends Responsibilities Execute the complete sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, tours, and closing memberships Build relationships with prospective members by understanding their goals and recommending the best membership options Conduct engaging studio tours and Intro Class bookings Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall studio performance Book high-quality appointments that support monthly membership goals Make a minimum of 20 outbound calls per hour while maintaining a positive and professional experience Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email Present Club Pilates services to current and prospective members Support member retention by providing outstanding customer service Participate in community outreach, health fairs, grand openings, and promotional events Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Continue developing sales techniques and product knowledge Perform other duties as assigned Schedule Weekday Shifts 7:30 AM•4:00 PM 4:30 PM•9:00
PM Weekend Shifts Saturday & Sunday:
7:00 AM•3:00 PM Availability Requirements Must be available to work at least two evening shifts each week Must be available to work one weekend shift each week Flexible scheduling availability is highly preferred.
