Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and supporting inventory replenishment efforts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff with training new team members and overseeing daily store operations when needed Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in bilingual settings (English and other languages) a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for retail transactions Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques to assist customers professionally Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable shopping experiences!
