Demonstrate current offerings and help customers compare available options based on their interests and preferences. Answer questions from customers while explaining products, promotions, and enrollment requirements clearly and accurately. Assist interested customers through the enrollment process while ensuring information is complete and organized. Stay informed on current product updates and promotions so customers receive accurate information throughout the day. Observe customer trends and share feedback that helps improve future retail initiatives. Contribute to daily sales objectives while maintaining a professional, organized retail environment. Continue developing communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills while growing as a Retail Sales Associate. Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required. Enjoys interacting with customers and creating engaging retail experiences. Able to manage multiple conversations while staying organized in a busy retail setting. Interested in learning new products and presenting information in a clear, approachable manner. Dependable, motivated, and eager to continue developing professionally. Reliable transportation to the Buffalo Grove office and assigned retail locations. Pay:

$965.00 - $1,370.00 per week
