In this role, you'll build genuine relationships with customers, guide them through our beautiful selection of fine jewelry, and help bring their custom jewelry dreams to life. From engagement rings and custom pendants to luxury watches and everyday pieces, you'll provide personalized recommendations and exceptional service that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude. Educate customers on our jewelry, custom design process, financing, layaway, and repair services. Help customers design one-of-a-kind custom jewelry that reflects their vision. Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and keeping showcases presentation-ready. Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Experience & Qualifications Retail sales experience required. Jewelry sales or luxury retail experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales-driven with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and mobile technology. Professional appearance with a positive, outgoing attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and available to work Saturdays. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $16-20/hour + commission.
