Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments. Maintain well-organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance visual appeal. Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing stock rotation. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations. Skilled in customer service with a focus on positive interactions and problem resolution. Capable of performing merchandising, stocking, and cashiering. Demonstrates professionalism when engaging with customers over the phone or in person.
