Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Team Member to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers with placing orders, operate various printing machines (DTF, screen printing, heat press), help design custom merchandise, and maintain the front retail area. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment — we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with placing and customizing orders Operate DTF (Direct to Film) printer and screen printing equipment Press shirts, hats, and other garments using heat press machines Help create custom design layouts for customer orders Restock merchandise and supplies in the front retail area Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace Provide excellent customer service at all times Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or print production is a plus (but not required) Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or similar) are a bonus Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design Dependable, punctual, and a team player Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Join Us?
