You'll be running the store independently during your shift — so we need someone responsible and self-motivated, not someone who needs hand-holding. What you'll do: Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system Stock shelves behind the counter and keep the store clean and organized Assist customers and provide friendly, fast service Open or close the store as needed What we're looking for: 21+ years old (we sell age-restricted products) Reliable transportation — you must show up on time, every time Honest and trustworthy — this is the #1 requirement Able to work independently without supervision Weekend availability required Retail or cash handling experience is a plus but not required
