We are looking for a (part-time) motivated, retail-savvy person to join our FAMILY business. What You Will Do:

Lead by example on our traditional "sit-and-fit" retail floor. Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking. Handle daily operations, including cash drawers, reporting, and opening/closing. Assist with social media and tech.

Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers and helping them find the right footwear and foot care products Willingness to learn Point of Sale (Square) system Ringing up sales at register Analyzing and processing product returns, assisting customers with finding alternative merchandise Stocking shelves with new product or go-backs Replenishing and tagging sales floor samples Organizing and merchandising sales floor and window displays to maintain store visual appeal Creating content on social media (Facebook, Instagram), with graphic design tool Canva Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager, including assisting with inventory management, research, and various computer work Physical requirements: The ability to move comfortably from a standing to sitting position; lift up to 50 lbs when moving boxes; and the manual dexterity to assist customers with footwear Ideal candidates will be able to work a part-time flexible schedule between 10am -5pm, including Saturdays and some Sundays.
