Marketing and Sales Associate Entry Level

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Retail Marketing and Sales Associate to support our marketing efforts in retail environments. This role will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and in-store promotions through strategic marketing and sales campaigns and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has a passion for retail sales, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with store teams to ensure marketing and sales materials are delivered and displayed correctly. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and promotions. Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with engaging retail displays. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Maintain brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. Collect and report customer feedback and sales data to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or a related role (internships count). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in visual merchandising or store operations. Knowledge of social media and digital marketing basics. Familiarity with customer relationship management
