Full-Time Pay:

$16.00 per hour This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with United Food Commercial Workers (UFCW), Local 881. Pay rate and wage increases are set per the contract. As a condition of employment, you will be required to pay union dues or equivalent service fees starting on your 31st day of employment.

Benefits:

Eligible for monthly bonuses based on store performance offering from $75

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve subject matter expert status through comprehensive 14-day onboarding and continuous engagement with company-provided educational platforms. Use consultative selling behaviors and a "service first" mindset to help customers find exactly what they need. Actively up-sell products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for point-of-sale transactions, including cash handling and maintaining a bank. Maintain store standards and provide daily operational and inventory updates to leadership. Clean, organize and stock store displays, storage areas, and restrooms including stooping, bending, reaching, twisting, etc. May be given opening and closing responsibilities including cash drop, keyholder responsibilities, etc.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous retail sales experience is preferred. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs. Must be a "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.
