Job Overview We are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Retail Associate specializing in Women's Clothing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find their perfect outfits while providing top-notch service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting women's clothing that fits their style and needs. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Maintain attractive visual merchandising by organizing displays and restocking shelves regularly. Conduct product demos to showcase new arrivals or special collections, encouraging upselling opportunities. Handle stock management tasks such as stocking shelves, inventory counts, and reporting shortages. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, sizes, and store policies. Use phone etiquette to communicate with customers and team members professionally and clearly. Experience Prior retail sales experience, especially in women's clothing or fashion retail, is preferred but not mandatory. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in managing team tasks or training new staff. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Ability to perform merchandising tasks including product demos and stock organization efficiently. Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills combined with good phone etiquette help create positive interactions with clients. Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment can be beneficial for understanding customer service standards.
