  • Mutual Ace Hardware Mutual Ace Hardware is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support our Paint and Plumbing Departments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with paint, plumbing, and home improvement projects. Provide product recommendations for Benjamin Moore paint, plumbing supplies, and related products. Help with color matching, paint mixing, and plumbing part identification. Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep displays organized and fully merchandised. Build relationships with contractors, DIY customers, and repeat clients. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department. Support overall store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
Retail sales experience preferred, especially in paint, plumbing, or hardware. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to lift and stock products up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of paint products, plumbing fittings, or home improvement projects is a plus.
