Job Description
Job Summary As a Liquor Sales Associate at On The Rocks, you'll be the face of our liquor store. You'll assist customers with purchases, restock products, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with purchases Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Restock shelves and maintain product organization, including the walk-in beer cave Monitor and verify IDs to ensure all customers are 21+ Keep the liquor store and front desk area clean and presentable Clean and maintain restrooms Handle basic closing duties (trash, sweeping, light mopping) Follow all state and company policies regarding alcohol/tobacco sales Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math concepts is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm for selling products and delivering excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail and organization skills Reliable form of transportation 21+ years old with valid ID Willing to undergo a background check
