Duties Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories Manage inventory levels through stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory management systems to ensure product availability Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments responsibly Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, active listening, and personalized service Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to support automotive repair and maintenance needs with the right parts Maintain a clean, organized counter area, ensuring all parts are properly stocked and labeled for quick retrieval Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to recommend suitable parts or accessories based on customer vehicle issues Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments specializing in automotive parts or accessories Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive repair processes, and troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with inventory management tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license preferred; dealership or automotive repair experience highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your mechanical expertise meets exceptional customer service!
