We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Oasis Powersports. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect products for their needs. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring our showroom is inviting and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and and discuss available options on our range of powersports vehicles and accessories. Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, specifications, and industry trends. Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. "Go the extra mile" to drive sales. Actively seek out and build productive trust relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry, is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for powersports and a good understanding of vehicles and equipment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer skills.
