Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight seasonal promotions and new arrivals Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, labeled correctly, and replenished regularly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and courtesy Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, organizing back stock, and conducting regular stock checks Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
