Role Description The Brand Associate role at Athleta in Aurora, IL is a part-time, on-site position focused on delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that support an active lifestyle. Brand Associates maintain visual standards, replenish merchandise, and support store promotions to ensure the brand is represented consistently.
