Fashion Mod is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Sales Associate to join our team at North Riverside Park Mall!
Location:
North Riverside Park MallStarting Pay:
$15/hour
SCHEDULE
    Tuesday-Saturday:
    3 PM-8 PM
      Sunday:
      11 AM-6 PM
        Monday:
        10 AM-8 PM Days off can be flexible based on availability and scheduling needs.
        JOB DESCRIPTION
        We are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, and has the ability to SELL! The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, identifying what they are looking for, recommending products, and turning conversations into sales.
        Responsibilities include:
        • Greet and engage customers
        • Actively promote and sell Fashion Mod products
        • Approach customers and create a welcoming shopping experience
        • Recommend clothing, accessories, and body essentials
        • Meet daily and weekly sales goals
        • Upsell and suggest additional products when appropriate
        • Operate the POS system and process transactions
        • Restock and organize merchandise
        • Maintain a clean and attractive sales floor
        • Help with opening and closing duties
        • Provide excellent customer service
        QUALIFICATIONS
        Must be comfortable approaching and talking to customers
        • Strong sales and communication skills
        • Outgoing and personable
        • Reliable and punctual
        • Able to work independently
        • Motivated by sales goals
        • Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
        • Must have a positive attitude and professional appearance
