We're growing and looking for full-time, Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and excited by an uncapped commission pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity!
Workdays:
Monday-Saturday (Sundays off + one additional weekday off) Uncapped Commission Position | $100K+ potential 25%
  • 30% commission on new and used cars 5%
  • 10% Finance Bonuses CSI Bonuses $150

Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.
A Typical Day Includes:
Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need Completing in-depth product demonstrations Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum) Experience in Automotive Industry, sales preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
