Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Adhere to all company policies regarding customer service, sales techniques, and store operations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. You will be fully trained in all areas. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques is important for success in this role.
